Merlin 3x05

COLIN MORGAN. BB, YOU ARE SO, SO GOOD. I CAN'T EVEN. PLEASE TO BE RECEIVING EVERY ACTING AWARD EVER INVENTED.

Feeling tired and lazy and don't want to type out my cut tags, so I'll just avoid all spoilers and say that I really, really enjoyed the hell out of this ep. It felt like a return to form that was sorely lacking in all of S2.

Okay, that's all! (It's better this way; otherwise it'd just devolve into the insta-reaction email I sent to [livejournal.com profile] accordingtomel in which I yelled OMG at her eight times within two paragraphs.)

I so can't wait to watch the episode you're referring to! I wanted to say, on Sunday, but didn't, that one of the things I loooove about Merlin is Colin Morgan's acting range. *g* The face/build that are so vitally alive... the green eyes! If I were remotely near his age I'd be volunteering to have his babies. (Actually he kinda reminds me of an old boyfriend... so, yeah.)

He is just brilliant. I cannot see him be all wrecked emotionally without thinking this is how he'll be when Arthur falls at Camlann, wahhhhhhhh! And it derails me emotionally for the rest of the weekend. But what a brilliant boy.

Colin Morgan's acting is just stunning. And so is his face. Also his eyes are blue! Believe you me, I've spent enough time staring at his face. :)

Most of the time I don't want to have his babies, because he looks like a baby himself and then I just want to feed him cookies and ruffle his hair. But when he's got a beard going, or when he uses his dragonlord voice, all bets are off. RAWR.

Ack, I got his eye color wrong! OMG! Thanks for correcting me. I blame insufficient time spent staring at his face. And perhaps the resolution of my screen.

His dragonlord voice is SO AMAZING.

(btw, I do like Bradley James too, and the other main actors as well. Just to be on the record.)

I LOVE Bradley James. At first it was all very, "Oh, okay, he's blond and hunky, whatever." But then he turned out to be an unbelievably hilarious dork in RL (go look up the S1 video diaries on YouTube if you haven't already watched), and self-deprecating and articulate, and then I needed to marry him at once.
