I won't be writing for the BB; I just don't have it in me to produce that many words in that amount of time (I've been working on a fic for like, a year and a half now and I've only just broken the 30k mark, argh)! But I'm thinking of signing up to be a cheerleader :)

Oh and now I'm crying. May I be your cheerleader on the fic you've been writing for so long? Is it something you think could be finished and ready by the Big Band deadline? Maybe you could submit it for that? *craves fic by you* Even if you can't I'd love to cheer you on. Your work is just that amazing and we are all suffering without it. :-)

Oh gosh, you are just the sweetest! :* I'm not sure timeline-wise about finishing this current fic; I write slooowly and in spurts, so writing deadlines are not great for me! In any case, it doesn't meet the requirements for the BB, since anything written prior to sign-ups opening has to be under 5k (and the_muppet already knows I've been working on this fic since the dawn of time :)). Of course I wouldn't say no if you are willing to cheer me on despite my non-participation in the BB! That is so lovely of you to offer, thank you!

And not to make a shameless plug (okay, a wee bit shameless), but I have been writing a canon-era M/A, L/Mor fic with accordingtomel over at melting_pot_inc if you are interested in reading that! We are just two chapters out from being finished. :)

*CHEERS YOU ON* I'd love to know more about your fic if you're willing to share, and I make a fair beta and sounding board, if you're interested... just PM me. I understand about the slow and in spurts because my free time is anemic to imaginary and my ability to have an idea runs to a schedule best described by chaos theory. :-/

OMG that fic on melting_pot_inc -- every time I see it's been updated on mxa I about die. I have a horrible time with WIPs so I am waiting for it to be finished. Only two chapters away? :-D *BIG, GIANT GRIN* One of these weekends soon I won't be getting anything done, I just know it. :-D

Oh, I completely understand about WIPs! I don't read them either; it's the worst thing when you get all invested in a story only to discover there isn't any more!
