Say, f-list, if you were writing a HP fic that involved a secret spy organization that needed a banal name to reflect its importance but could be shortened to a catchy acronym, what would you name it? And then would you mind if I stole the name for my HP fic that happens to involve an as yet unnamed secret spy organization?

It doesn't seem like it should be so difficult, but it is!

If I remember correctly, I took a copout and called it like Level 12 or something. Um, basically like X numbers of levels in the Ministry are canon, and I called it X + 1. The actual number escapes me.

I'm not quite sure what you're going for:

SMOOSH: Social Mayhem Organization of Severe Horror ...

STRUT: Society of Terrorism, Rancour, Ugliness and Tragedy

EMBECILE: Um...

I guess, you just grab a word that appeals to you and make up a bunch of stuff.

Because secret spy organizations always have to have their acronyms. That's why they're so secret and all.

If it's going to be D/G, then the only thing I can think of is SMIRK because it seems rather fitting taking the characters into consideration.
