Ow! I tell you what, ow!

Hi, kids! Guess who has two thumbs, four bruises and took a spectacular spill first thing this morning at work? It's me!

There was water on the floor, and I didn't see it, and down I went. Kerplunk. Various parts of my body hurt and have turned lovely colours, but thankfully it wasn't nearly as bad as it could've been, and the thing that irks me the most is that my glasses got scratched. Gar. I think I can live with it, though. I don't want to get new glasses; I love the ones I have.

Oh, and then sometime in the afternoon, the general manager also fell down near that same spot. It be cursed!

do you mean the lens was scratched? ugh. i had that happen once, drove me crazy every time i wore them. maybe you could just get the scratched lens replaced? i'd think that would be cheaper.

Yeah, it's the lens; they're not huge scratches and don't interfere w/ my vision that much so I think I could just live with it, for now at least!

Ouch! I hope your bruises fade real soon. Also I've done the same to my glasses and I just replaced the lens. It's waay cheaper and since I loved the frames as well, it worked for me this way.

It's not bothering me a whole lot so far, so I might just leave it for now, but good to know that just replacing the lenses would be cheaper!

I didn't find the nose spray and my bike lock fell off while I drove. It kinds ruined my day.
